We are taking our two teenagers 12 and 14 to Bali for the first time at Christmas and were thinking of staying at Sanur Beach Resort. We want to be able to spend time as a family without the rabble of Kuta but also have the option of going to Kuta and shopping and doing the water bom park. I understand there is a shuttle service. We also want to do some day trips to Ubud, rafting , monkey forrest. My biggest worry is will the kids be bored to tears at this hotel,. They like to swim, shop and eat.

Bali with Teens... where to stay - Bali Forum
Hello - I am a bit overwhelmed looking through all the options for a beach resort or villa. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. Would like to be centrally located to explore central Bali main sights and also looking for nice resort atmosphere for relaxing, especially for nice pools, beach access and Balinese gardens. We are used to staying in a suite or sharing a larger room so don't need a huge room - rather prefer nice facilities. We have just returned from Sanur , and stayed once again in Villa Kawan.
